The Casa da Pipa consists of a large bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a dining/living room with fireplace, also with sofa bed.

Ideal capacity: 4 pax – Couple + 2 young people (with the possibility of accommodating an additional child on the sofa bed, by email request). We also have a cot and highchair high for babies.

In addition to enjoying a view from the inside of the entire house, there is a terrace with a magnificent view, both to the artificial swimming pool and to the sea and the islet of Vila Franca do Campo.

The natural swimming pool in the sea, with access through the property’s grounds, and the artificial one next to the houses, as well as a barbecue and laundry are at the common disposal of guests. The house has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

Refunds will only be considered for cancellations with a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning services, as well as change of sheets and towels, are provided once a week for stays longer than a week, or whenever requested.
